Step 1: Open Adobe Premiere Pro and Create a New Project
From the main menu bar, click on the File menu and select New.
Step 2: Import the Video You Want to Rotate
Click on the File menu in the menu bar and select Import. Then select the video using your file browser and click Open.
Step 3: Add the Video to the Timeline Panel
The imported video will now appear in the Project panel. To add the video to the timeline, simply drag and drop it onto the Timeline panel.
Step 4: Select the Video From the Timeline
You’ll need to select the video to rotate it. From the Timeline panel, click on the video to select it.
Step 5: Rotate Your Video
Go to the Effect Controls tab and click on the Motion dropdown. This will reveal the Rotation dropdown. Click on the number (the blue text represented in degrees) beside Rotation and enter your desired degrees. You can rotate the video by 90, 180, or 270 degrees.
Step 6: Flip Your Video (optional)
In your Project panel, go to the Effects tab, click on the Distort dropdown, and double-click Transform from the resulting dropdown menu. Then, untick the Uniform Scale checkbox. Now change the number beside Scale Width or Scale Height to -100 to flip your video horizontally or vertically.

Step 1: Sign Up/Login and Pick the Dimensions
