How can you participate in this contest? It’s very simple!

Terms and conditions for participating in Valentine's Day Contest by Animaker:

1. 1. The contest is open to anyone who has an Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account and can think of creative ideas to impress their valentine this year.

1. 1. These ideas must be represented in the form of videos.

1. 1. The duration of the contest is from 8th February, 2022 (Wednesday) to 14th February, 2022 (Monday).

1. 1. Each video must have the hashtag ‘VdaywithAnimaker’ to become eligible for the contest

1. 1. The participants should also Follow and Tag Animaker’s page on the respective platforms where the video is posted. (Instagram , Twitter and Facebook )

1. 1. Failure to follow Animaker or tag Animaker or failure to add the hashtag will not be counted as an entry for this event.

1. 1. There will be 3 winners at the Top 3 positions. The winner at the 1st position will be eligible to win 1 year access to Animaker’s Pro plan. The winner at the 2nd position will be eligible to win 1 year access to Animaker’s Starter plan. The winner at the 3rd position will be eligible to win 1 year access to Animaker’s Basic plan. Our team will personally contact the winners over DM in the respective platforms.

1. 1. By participating in the contest, the participant confirms that the participant assumes all the responsibilities and liabilities towards the content uploaded by the participant to participate in the contest. The participant confirms that they shall keep Animaker Inc, its directors, officers, employees absolved and indemnified from any liabilities arising out of the use of content used/uploaded to participate in the contest.

1. 1. If any of the participant’s entry is found to be abusive, defamatory, indecent, profane, disrespectful, anti-national, communal, or demeaning, derogatory to any individual or an entity such an entry shall be disqualified from the contest.

1. 1. We reserve the right to reject any entry or disqualify any participant from participating in the contest without assigning any reason. The decision of the management team in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participants without any demur or objection.

Animaker Inc reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest or the terms of the contest without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Animaker Inc’s control. The decision of the management team as regards to the results/entry /disqualification shall be final and binding on participants without any demur or objection.

1. 1. By participating in the competition, you give Animaker Inc permission to use your content in our blogs, social media posts, YouTube videos, newsletters and digital platforms.

1. 1. You also grant us the right to use your name/entry and image in any publicity material.

1. 1. This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by laws of California any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California.

On what basis will the participants be judged?

You will be judged based on the creativity and originality of the videos you create using Animaker. There are other multiple criteria we might consider, like the overall message, the amount of effort put in, the emotional touch and even the number of likes and comments you get on your posts. Our judge for the event is Animaker’s very own YouTube Marketer - Joe Sundar Kishore. He has expertise in creating content for the past 3+ years and specialises in training millions of Animaker users. The winners of this contest will be given 1 year access to the Animaker’s Premium plans for freeee!!
